OPEN POSITIONS:

SPEECH PATHOLOGIST

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

*Masters Degree

* Appropriate licensing/certification requirements for Ohio; CCC/SLP

* Must pass BCI/FBI background checks

* Experience working with children with autism or related developmental disabilities

* Experience with PECS / AAC Devices is preferred

* Must be able to sit on the ground/low to the ground (12-18inches) for long durations of time

* Reliable/strong attendance

* Strong technology skills in order to use web based data collection system

* Must follow all health guidelines as ordered by the Governor/Local Health Departments

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Assess student communication needs and develop individualized treatment goals based on assessment results.

*Implement functional communication therapy in accordance with research based methodology/treatment

*Collect accurate and comprehensive data during treatment sessions

*Provide evaluation, treatment and progress reports

*Provide training to staff when needed on communication programs, materials and devices

*Participate in team meetings, offer recommendations and provide training for recommendations when needed to families/caregivers

*Provide data and recommendations for IEP goals/objectives

REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

* high school diploma

* must pass BCI/FBI background checks

must either be enrolled in RBT coursework* OR* have certification as an RBT

* must be able to lift 35lbs independently; 50lbs with a partner

* must be able to sit on the ground/low to the ground (12-18inches) for long durations of time

* reliable/strong attendance

* strong technology skills in order to use electronic data collection system

* must be comfortable with toilet training protocols

* must follow all health guidelines as ordered by the Governor/Local Health Departments

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Follow expert care plans for educational and behavioral instruction under the supervision of a BCBA

* Daily data collection

* Strong interpersonal skills, including communicating with colleagues, parents and caregivers

* Attends mandatory trainings and meetings when needed

Monday – Thursday  morning schedule (8:30-12:30)
